Dr. Patrick Quillin is an internationally recognized expert in nutrition and cancer. With nearly five decades of clinical experience, he has been at the forefront of integrating evidence-based nutrition into mainstream medicine โ long before it became widely accepted.
As Vice President of Nutrition for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Dr. Quillin worked alongside oncologists to treat thousands of cancer patients, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of targeted nutrition during treatment.
His 21 books โ including the bestselling Beating Cancer with Nutrition (now in its 5th edition) and Healing Nutrients โ have sold over 2 million copies and been translated into Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. He founded Nutrition Times Press and American Eagle Nutrition to continue delivering science-backed tools directly to patients and families.
Dr. Quillin earned his PhD in Nutrition Science, holds credentials as a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), and has served as a consultant to the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Army Breast Cancer Research Group, Scripps Clinic, and the USDA.
