Turkish Glazed Peaches

Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp honey or molasses
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Optional toppings. Greek yogurt, chopped nuts, fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
- Whisk together in small bowl, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg for the glaze.
- Brush and evenly coat the cut side of each peach half with the honey glaze.
- Place cut side down on grill or pan and cook about 3-4 mins, or until they start to caramelize.
- Carefully flip the peaches over and brush the skin side with the remaining honey glaze.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 mins, or until tender.
- Remove peaches and transfer to serving plate.
- Cool slightly. Garnish and serve.
