Feeling tired is one of the signs that a person needs to detoxify. This is especially so if the fatigue constant and is not relieved by sleep.


Unexplained headaches can also be caused by a toxic state in the body and can be a sign of liver toxicity. These toxin-related headaches are usually persistent and often felt right above the eyes.


Chronic constipation is another liver toxicity symptom. Constipation should be taken very seriously because if the toxins cannot leave the body, they can be reabsorbed back into the bloodstream and lead to the development or worsening of other symptoms like headaches and fatigue.
